Cancellations must be received as soon as possible. The lead time we need to accept changes or cancellations without penalty is 30 days before the retreat starts. Changes or cancellations after that incur a full forfeit of any deposits.  If you change or cancel your registration, you can apply the downpayment toward another 2024 retreat or you may make a tax-deductible donation of your deposit to benefit the  Walnut Grove scholarship fund.

 

This policy is in place due to waiting lists for retreats. In addition, the venue penalizes us at $250 for any cancellation within 30 days of a reserved event. If you need to change or cancel your registration, please submit the form below as soon as possible, so that someone else can take your place.
